TAKE CUTS OF .OO5" - .010" - .020" EVEN .050" with your Van Norman Rotary Broach or Storm Vulcan 85 Head & Block Machines?

Set Up Head, Spray on Light Coat of Aluma-Lube and Go Ahead and Cut. No matter the amount of cut, you end up with a beautiful finish with no galling. Even insures good finishes when using CBN.

Use sparingly. Set up head, block, whatever; then spray a light coat of ALUMA=LUBE on the surface to be cut. Go ahead and take your desired cut .005". .010", .020". or any amount you feel comfortable cutting. We took many cuts of .050" (on junk heads) with very satisfactory results.

You will get no aluminum build up on the carbide or C.B.N. tool bits that normally result in galling of surface. Every cut needs a fresh coating, so get use to the fact that you can take one cut using ALUMA-LUBE.

C.B.N. INSERTS PLUS ALUMA-LUBE will eliminate the need for changing over to Polycrystalline, or carbide inserts for machining aluminum.

ALUMA-LUBE can also be used for fly cutting, broaching and milling pistons, boring, turning, and sawing aluminum.
